Shipping

All orders are processed on same business day of order receipt and are shipped within 48 hours. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays and weekends. We only ship item to billing address provided in PayPal and do not ship more than 3 items in one shipment to avoid shoes being held in customs. Shipping Fee is base on the weight of each items.

Shipping Carrier
We use Hong Kong Post's EMS(Express Mail Service) or Air Parcel or UPS for shipping to all locations. If you must use a specific shipping company and option, please contact us.

Customs Fees & Duties
We are not responsible for all customs fees and duties which are charged upon delivery. Refund will not be given if a parcel is returned and same shipping charge is required for re-sending returned parcel
We do try to mark packages as "GIFT" with low value in order to prevent custom fees for EMS and UPS service only , exclude Air Parcel service.

Blocked Countries and Cities
We are not shipping to the following cities and Countries (AFRICA and INDIA)

 

Packaging
Items without boxes, such as clothing and sample shoes will be wrapped with bubble sheet and then boxed.

 

Order Tracking & Tracking Number
Once your order is shipped you will be issued a tracking number in Paypal. You can then track the parcel using the website we provided. If you have any questions regarding order tracking please feel free to contact us. In your e-mail please include your name, address and order confirmation number in addition to your question so that we may assist you as quickly as possible.

 

What should you do if you cannot receive the parcels?
It may be delayed. Please be patient.
If you cannot receive the parcels over 3 weeks while the payment is cleared, please feel free to contact us for the tracking information. However, we suggest you to try following steps:

          1) Go to the nearest local post office.
          2) Ask the staff if there is any parcel from Hong Kong.
          3) If no parcel can be found, please contact us again.

 

Shipping for Pre-Order items
We will send the pre-order items out once there is stock and ready.

 

Return Policy
Damage via Postal If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 24 hours after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be afforded by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back.

The above terms subject to our final decision.

 

Problems
If you accept a delivery and notice problems thereafter, please email us. Keep all packaging materials until the matter has been satisfactorily settled. That way it will be easier for you to return products to us, if necessary.
